When printing a file, Fine Print can really come in handy due to its features. It's a small application that lets you make a series of modifications to a document right before printing it.

The package takes up 5 and a half Mb which shouldn't be too much even for a slower Internet connection or lower end PCs. The installation process requires three clicks: running the installation kit, pressing the Setup button and agreeing to the terms and conditions. You won't even have to specify an installation path.

The only way to run this application is printing a document and selecting it from the print options. This will bring up a small interface where you can make some handy changes on how the document will look when it comes out of the printer. The window isn't too much to handle. There are no top menus, the toolbar only features basic buttons for the actual printing process, general settings and viewing modes. On its main area you'll see a preview of the document and on the left you can choose from the program's options.

You can select a certain page format, add preset stamps, borders, gutters, convert to grayscale and a few other neat tricks. All these options can be found on the left side of the window. They aren't too many to be placed on separate tabs, so it can't get any easier to find them. The only tab you'll find features a printing job list.

Pros

The interface couldn't be any simpler. All printing options are right under your nose, so you don't need to do any navigating.

Cons

The fact that there aren't so many options can also be a drawback, but you can still do a good number of modifications and it's much better than just clicking File and Print. Fine Print lets you take control of how your documents will be printed with maximum ease.
